N5系列农用飞机

N5系列农用飞机是我国第一架从设计开始就全面按照中国民用航空规章（CCAR23部适航条例）及型号合格审定程序研制和管理的飞机。

其中N5A型飞机采取单发动机、单驾驶、下单翼、固定式前三点起落架布局，可进行播种、施肥、除草、森林防火以及农林业病虫防治，经过简单改装后还可进行地质探测、空运、空中摄影、航空体育训练和航空旅游等作业，具有使用成本低、适用范围广、作业能力强、操作性好、安全性高的特点。目前，该机已取得美国FAA适航证。

N5B飞机是N5A飞机的改进型。该机采取单发、单驾驶、下单翼、后三点固定起落架布局。它既秉承了N5A飞机操纵灵活、维护方便、使用经济、安全可靠等众多优点，又针对用户的实际需求，在结构、载量、舒适度等方面有了重大改进。N5B飞机满载升限6000米，高原、次高原作业性能卓越。

N5A is the first airplane developed and managed completely in accordance with China Civil Aviation Regulations (CCAR23 Airworthiness Rules) and Type Certificate Verification Procedure. N5A airplane has the layout of single engine, single pilot, low wing and fixed tricycle landing gears, and it is powered by an American Lycoming I0-720-D1B type 400HP piston engine and an American Hartzell constant three-blade metal propeller.

N5A airplane features in low operation cost, wide utility range, strong working capability, good operation performance and high safety, and It has obtained USA FAA certificate.

N5B airplane is a new type of agricultural airplane developed on the basis of detailed investigation into domestic and overseas agricultural airplane market. N5B airplane is designed in the configuration of single engine, single pilot, low wing and tail wheel landing gear. It is powered by a Czech Walter M601F turboprop engine that is fueled by aviation kerosene. It features a takeoff power of 777HP, a maximum cruise power of 670HP.

N5B airplane inherits many merits of N5A such as flexible control, convenient maintenance, economical service and high safety and reliability etc., and it is made great improvements and modifications on structure, load capacity and comfort depending on the actual needs of users. N5B airplane has the ceiling of 6000m with full payload and can well service on plateau and highland.
