2015年6月23日,中国民航陕西安全监督管理局对我公司进行了为期一天的适航年审。审查组对我公司近一年来的民航维修工作给予充分肯定,公司质量体系运行符合CCAR145的要求。
公司具有专业的改装设计团队,改装范围涉及航空通讯、导航、电气、仪表、雷达、火控、气动和强度分析、计算、燃油、动力、外挂、机体结构等相关专业,擅长于使用激光扫描仪并结合相关计算机软件,对飞机外形进行扫描测绘、建模、仿真、辅助设计、计算分析、数控加工。
SAEC have a professional aircraft modification and designing team, the modified range includes the communication, NAV, electrical, instrument,radar, weapon-control system, pneumatic and strength analysis, calculation, fuel, power, external pods and airframe structure, etc. We are especially good at using laser scanner and the related computer software to R&D. For example,for aircraft shape scanning mapping, modeling, simulation, computer-aided design, calculation and analysis, numerical control processing.
先后为国内外陆、海、空军、航空公司客户在H6、Y5 、Y7、Y8、Y12、S550、AN26、M171、CESSNA208等机型成功实施火控系统、TCAS II 、GPS、EGPWS、VHF、HF/SSB 、APU 、FDR、应急地平仪、照相舱、人工增雨装置、跳伞舱门及航测系统的升级改装,总改装架次达到百余架。
SAEC team have completed the upgrading/modifying project of weapon-control system, GPS, TCAS II, VHF, HF/ SSB, emergency horizon, photography hatch and artificial rainfall device, parachuting hatch and aerial system for aircrafts of H6, Y5,Y7, Y8, Y12, S550、AN26、M171 , CESSNA208.The total quantity has reached to more than 100 sorties.
在新技术研究方面,我公司与科研机构合作,共同进行机载双天线InSAR和稀疏阵三维成像雷达的系统集成和技术研究,并取得相关专利。通过奖状飞机改装双天线干涉成像雷达以及运12E飞机改装稀疏阵三维成像雷达的成功改装和试飞验证,达到了国际同等水平。
In study of new technique research, SAEC cooperates with the scientific research institutions to R&D techniques of airborne dual-antenna InSAR baseline project and the system integration of sparse array of three-dimensional imaging radar , and achieve the related patents. By successfully completing aircraft modification and flight test validation for dual-antenna interference imaging radar in S550 aircraft and sparse array of three-dimensional imaging radar modification work in Y12E aircraft , it proves that the technique reaches the international level.
