一种鳞片搭接式蒙皮制造技术

本实用新型专利技术提出了一种鳞片搭接式蒙皮,包括:上蒙皮、下蒙皮、前蒙板、中蒙板、桁条、前翼肋片、中翼肋片、机翼主梁;前蒙板固定在桁条和前翼肋片组成的外表面上,中蒙板固定在中翼肋片和机翼主梁组成的外表面上;前蒙板和中蒙板的外表面设置上蒙皮,前蒙板和中蒙板之间的缝隙设置下蒙皮。本实用新型专利技术将原本整体的蒙皮分成多个小段,通过鳞片搭接的方式填补自适应机翼上下表面蒙板间的空隙,在飞行器具有一定的前飞速度的情况下,蒙皮受到气动力作用,可与蒙板自动贴合,以达到填补蒙板间空隙,优化气动外形的作用,通过鳞片搭接这种较为简单的方式实现蒙皮在机翼变弯度过程中的柔性、平滑变形,是一种成本较低的、在工程上切实可行的方法。

The utility model provides a scaled overlapping skin, which comprises an upper skin, a lower skin, a front mask, a middle mask, a truss, a front wing rib, a middle wing rib and a wing main beam; a front mask is fixed on an outer surface composed of a truss and a front wing rib, and a middle mask is fixed on an outer surface composed of a middle wing rib and a wing main beam; and an upper mask is arranged on the outer surface of the front mask and a middle mask. The gap between the front and middle masks is provided with a lower skin. The utility model divides the original integral skin into several small segments, fills the gap between the upper and lower surfaces of the adaptive wing by overlapping the scales. When the aircraft has a certain forward speed, the skin is subjected to aerodynamic force, and can automatically fit with the mask, so as to fill the gap between the masks and optimize the aerodynamic shape. This is simpler by overlapping the scales. It is a low-cost and practical method to realize the flexible and smooth deformation of skin in the process of variable bending of wing.
